TWIG is a four-piece heavy rock band from Middleton, Massachusetts featuring singer Karina Lagstrom, guitarist Danny Norwood, Joe Florance on bass, and drummer Justin Palla. The band came together initially in early 2019 as Karina was searching for other players who would be a fit with the music she hoped to make. Finding Danny and Joe, they set out to make hard-hitting, guitar-heavy, energetic rock and roll with eloquent lyrics. Justin came into the picture in 2022 after the band found themselves without a drummer. It wasn’t a difficult decision, seeing as he was already a friend of the band. This allowed the band to refocus on making music and booking shows. The new single “Nude Beaches” landed in March 2024. Its sound is a slight departure from the charging sound the band has become known for.
